At The Lab, we recognize that aspiring dancers may have varying levels of technical proficiency, which is why we've developed an apprentice program tailored specifically for those striving to join our esteemed Pre-Pro Team. This initiative aims to support individuals whose skills may not yet meet the rigorous standards expected of our Pre-Pros but who demonstrate a strong commitment and potential for growth. Apprentices undergo a specialized training regimen that encompasses all styles of dance, ensuring they receive a comprehensive education that aligns with our holistic approach to artistic development. While some classes are exclusively reserved for apprentices to focus on foundational skills and technique enhancement, others are integrated with our Pre-Pro team, allowing for collaborative learning opportunities and fostering a sense of camaraderie within the dance community.

Despite not competing, apprentices actively participate in various aspects of the team's activities, including attending conventions alongside our Pre-Pro members and engaging in team-building events to strengthen bonds and foster a supportive environment. Additionally, apprentices are afforded the opportunity to showcase their progress and talents through performances in our annual showcase, providing them with a platform to celebrate their achievements and share their passion for dance with peers, family, and the wider community.
